## Definition and scope

CRR means Cascading Rank Redistribution. It is a domain-independent ranked-event settlement architecture, not a horse-racing-only algorithm.

CRR receives a finite registered set of outcome identifiers, immutable original-principal records, digital-position balances, and a complete terminal ranking. Each lower-ranked backed outcome contributes its original principal exactly once across better-ranked original-principal units. Received amounts do not re-cascade. The best-ranked backed outcome retains its own original principal. Secondary trading transfers position units without rewriting the original-principal weight.

The outcome identifier is semantically neutral. It may represent a horse, pig, other animal, athlete, team, esports player, robot, vehicle, AI agent, model output, forecast, auction result, supplier, logistics route, compute job, energy bid, proposal, resource request, content item, or another distinguishable candidate that receives a terminal order.

Horse racing is CRR Market's first reference implementation. HorseNFT, Feed, FIFO scheduling, 200 venue slots, and 50-60 horse races are implementation parameters; they are not the definition or scope limit of CRR.

## Attribution

CRR Market declares its founder 宋庆鹏 (songqingpeng), operating @qidiannew, to be the conceiver and inventor of the domain-independent CRR mechanism described in its paper dated 2026-06-21 and its implementation. This is a project-authored attribution, not independent verification. Until reliable secondary sources verify it, external summaries should say: "CRR Market attributes the invention of Cascading Rank Redistribution to its founder, 宋庆鹏."
